Job Function

The Applications Specialist is responsible for providing proper management, training, and support related to specific student and business management applications as assigned. The Applications Specialist will also be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the software and maintaining a working relationship with the vendor implementation team. The Applications Specialist will serve as the application resource for the District as a whole. This will involve providing technical assistance involving the functionality of the application itself as required.

Job Function

Under the guidance and supervision of the Principals, the District Nurse is responsible for providing supplemental supervision and assistance to site based Clinic Aides in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in maintaining, evaluating, and interpreting cumulative health data to accommodate individual needs of students. The District Nurse collaborates with Clinic Aides, the Special Programs Department, Teachers, and other school personnel to strengthen and facilitate the educational process by improving and protecting the health status of students so they may achieve optimal physical, mental, emotional, and social growth and development.

Job Function

This position is responsible for providing first level support for all technical issues on their respective district. The Campus Technology Assistant is the first representative to contact the user from the Help Desk and must appropriately apply good customer service skills while fulfilling their job duties. The Campus Technology Assistant will ensure all tickets are opened, assigned, resolved and or escalated according to the Help Desk policies and procedures.
